Blogging Biggest Loser Week 2

Last night I couldn't post so I'm sorry for the delay! But it was another great week in the blogging biggest loser competition! I'm so thrilled at what a great start we are off too. This week Natalie is our biggest loser with a solid 2 pound weight loss.

Not everyone weighed in this week so I'm not sure what the whole group lost. But for everyone that weighed in this week we had a total weekly loss of 5 1/2 pounds. That makes our grand total 18.9 pounds so far! That is great! That means we are only 82 pounds away from the goal of 100 pounds lost as a group!!! We can do this gang!!!

This week I'm going to throw a little challenge out there. I challenge all of the participants to drink at least 8 8oz glasses of water a day. I think this will help in your weightloss! When you weigh in next week let me know if you drank all your water. If so I will do a seperate post with links to your blogs. I challenge anyone that hasn't joined us in the challenge yet to leave a comment and get in on the fun! It's never too late to get started!

Hey sorry I didn't weigh in yesterday, I severely overslept and had no time for a weigh-in!! I haven't forgotten though. If it's okay I'll just update next Tuesday morning with a 2-week update.

So glad to hear how well we're all doing!

And it's awesome you're including challenges! I am trying to drink as much water as possible. I will let you know how I do.

Drinking more water has been part of my goal. I really think it's essential too.
