Blogging Biggest Loser
Okay the new season of The Biggest Loser kicks off next Tuesday. So with the start of the show I'm renewing my committment to healthy eating and exercise. And in the spirit of the Biggest Loser I think we need a little healthy competition! So if you would like to join my Blogging Biggest Loser competition I would love to have you!
Here are the rules!
1. Leave me a comment letting me know you want to join.
2. Post on your blog about the competition and encourage others to join the fun.
3. Leave me a comment one time per week throughout the competition letting me know what you gain or lose during the week.
4. Have fun and lets' get healthy!!!
I will list each contestent in the sidebar of my blog. I will also list how much each person has lost or gained. This will be updated on Tuesday nights after the newest episode of The Biggest Loser airs. Then after the shows big finale we can see who the Blogging Biggest Loser is. I think as a group we can encourage each other and lose a lot of weight!!!

Hey, found you through Flip This Body - please count me in! I not only am trying to lose weight but The Biggest Loser is one of my favourite shows. It's nice to see a reality show where EVERYONE wins in some way, and it's about getting healthy and spreads a good message. And is totally entertaining to boot.

I think I wanted to try. It probally will be hard because I can't exercies yet. But I need to lose some weight.
I am totally interested. I also love The Biggest Loser. I love it and can't wait for the new season to start tomorrow. I'm going to get my starting weight tomorrow. Do you want us to leave your our gains/losses every Tuesday, or does it not matter what day? I can't wait!!! Good Luck to everyone!!!!!

Count Me In! I started about a month ago and have lost 5lbs. I have accountable mondays where I post my photo so I have to be accountable and hopefully it is encouraging to lose weight!!!

I want to join the challenge. I started a diet 2 months ago, since then I've lost 21 pounds. I still have 15-20 pounds to go.
